What a great experience! Never thought I’d say that about moving house but Des and Maverick moved our belongings with such care without compromising on efficiency. First time at short notice because another company let me down last minute, Rubix stepped up and made the move go smoothly taking away some of the stress I was under.For my second move, I went straight to Rubix, Troy would reassure me every step of the way, from confirming days before the move, even after hours when I panicked again from the nightmare I had last time (from the other company) They turned up on time and managed my furniture with care and the heavy furniture with ease. Michael and Robbie from Rubix went the extra mile for us when we recently moved house. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, even heavy unwieldy large potted trees were not a problem at all.They were respectful and took care with our things, and were also efficient. Rubix Removals were recommended to us by Carpet Court Myaree as we were replacing all the carpeting, and required our furniture to be moved. Troy and the team were very professional, responsive, communicative, helpful, punctual, friendly and did a great job moving our furniture from room to room and back for the carpet installation. It wasn't the biggest job for them, but they accommodated us over 2 days for short periods, which we appreciated as it allowed the installers to do their job without any issues. I would recommend them and use them again.

My elderly mother (who is the opposite of a minimalist) needed all furniture to be removed to have new flooring in her home. Two stages required for laying first hard flooring and then carpet. Not an easy feat to move half out one morning and back in two days later. Plus move 3 bedrooms furniture out in the morning and back in the afternoon. Rubix Removals provided outstanding service for our move from Busselton to Scarborough. There are several areas of excellence which are worth pointing out. Firstly, Troy communicated clearly and without delay. We were never in the dark, and as a result, he put our minds to rest during a stressful period. Secondly, Troy and Harry worked extremely quickly and never dragged their feet. We always felt that they were trying to complete the job without wasting any time or any of our money. We had to clear the top floor of our house to install new carpet - and the thought of was a nightmare. Rubin was recommended to us and we gave them a go. Best thing we did in a long time. At our age even moving the bedding is an effort.
