Wow …. what can I say about this moving company except that they are exceptional!!! Not normally a review writer but feeling blessed to have this team sent to my door this morning !!!!!I had a storage container placed in the street yesterday to pack my house through the Christmas period ….The Ranger (Luke) called from the City of Stirling (within the hour) and told me it had to be moved off the street by 3:00 pm the next day or incur a $250 fine for each day it was there. Who knew you needed a permit for the container … not me!!!Tricky situation considering Mobi storage were closing for the Christmas break the next day until the 6th of Jan. I contacted Mobi storage to find an alternate solution they contacted Rubix … (Mobi were also a great service)I packed all night to load as much as possible into the container … Rob, Rico and the Boss Man were at my door at 8 the next morning!!They came within 24 hours they were on time, friendly, smiling and happy to be at my home and provided an amazingly professional service.All men were extremely helpful, polite, gracious, patient and respectful. The Kings of Tetris, you could not fault their packing skills..Finding businesses with these values is difficult to find, ensuring your customer is happy goes a long way for return services.I certainly appreciated everything the team did and will recommend Rubix to friends and family and will definitely use the service again. Recently contacted Rubix removals to assist us move house on very short notice and they were fantastic. Not only were they able to accommodate us on such short notice they also took incredible care with our belongings all while being professional and friendly. We used Rubix Remivalist to move house and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.We moved on a Saturday, so the fee was higher, which was ok. They had two extra men meet the original two at our new property to get everything unloaded quicker, to minimise cost to us and didn’t charge for the extra labour.They were extremely polite, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make what is a stressful time, as seamless as possible.Should we move again, I won’t hesitate in using Rubix again, or recommending them to friends and family.
The team at Rubix made the chaos of a big move very smooth, from my initial online enquiry to placing the final item in the new house. It was no trouble at all for Michael to make changes to my original booking. Des and Sam were great on the day, very skilled at what they do and super friendly. I highly recommend Rubix!

What a great experience! Never thought I’d say that about moving house but Des and Maverick moved our belongings with such care without compromising on efficiency. We appreciated only having to worry about the amount of boxes we had to unpack on the other end rather than whether our things would arrive without damage. And they were lovely guys too along with seamless customer care from Tessa and Troy.I can recommend Rubix without hesitation!

Michael and Robbie from Rubix went the extra mile for us when we recently moved house. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, even heavy unwieldy large potted trees were not a problem at all.They were respectful and took care with our things, and were also efficient. (They didn't seem to even have a break in 4 hours).They may charge more than some of the others but for the peace of mind, it was really worth every cent.We found Rubix to be friendly and professional.We are grateful to them for reducing our stress during a difficult time.
