Wow …. what can I say about this moving company except that they are exceptional!!! Not normally a review writer but feeling blessed to have this team sent to my door this morning !!!!!I had a storage container placed in the street yesterday to pack my house through the Christmas period ….The Ranger (Luke) called from the City of Stirling (within the hour) and told me it had to be moved off the street by 3:00 pm the next day or incur a $250 fine for each day it was there. Who knew you needed a permit for the container … not me!!!Tricky situation considering Mobi storage were closing for the Christmas break the next day until the 6th of Jan. I contacted Mobi storage to find an alternate solution they contacted Rubix … (Mobi were also a great service)I packed all night to load as much as possible into the container … Rob, Rico and the Boss Man were at my door at 8 the next morning!!They came within 24 hours they were on time, friendly, smiling and happy to be at my home and provided an amazingly professional service.All men were extremely helpful, polite, gracious, patient and respectful. The Kings of Tetris, you could not fault their packing skills..Finding businesses with these values is difficult to find, ensuring your customer is happy goes a long way for return services.I certainly appreciated everything the team did and will recommend Rubix to friends and family and will definitely use the service again. Rubix helped me out with moving my belongings from a first floor apartment and into a storage locker.Troy was very responsive and prepared a quote within 10mins which is about 6 days, 23 hrs and 50 mins faster than the competitors. He managed to fit me in at very short notice and had excellent communication before and after the move.My movers, Des and Rico were punctual (early in fact!) and gave me a courtesy call 25 mins prior.Des took the lead with young Rico, fresh off the boat from NZ, took direction well. Both were positive, friendly and good for a yarn.Des expertly reversed up my unit complex and both the fellas loaded the truck, taking great care with my belongings. Once at the storage locker, they efficiently unloaded and fitted it all into my storage locker (not gonna lie, I had my doubts 😬).I cannot recommend Rubix highly enough. These lads took the stress out of moving and that was worth every dollar spent.I hope

Ariki and Liam was punctual and professional right though out the removal process. Our removal needed to be done in two stages from our old home to the storage and subsequently from the storage to the new home, Ariki and Liam completed both the jobs efficiently on time and treated our goods with good care. Once again Rubix turned up trumps. We asked them to move items from our storage unit in South Fremantle to our apartment in Fremantle and then to move the residue to a smaller storage unit. Des and Drew were amazing. They worked like Trojans and had everything done in under 5 hours. They were finished by lunchtime. They were hardworking and very polite. Nothing was too much trouble.
